As he grew up and finished hospitality school in India, he worked for some of the largest names including Ambassador Sky-chefs where he mastered the foundation of classical European cuisine. He knew he wanted to create food since he was a little kid, often helping his mom in the kitchen and learning the basics of Indian cuisine. Giridhar Sastry was born in Calcutta, India and immigrated to the US to study at a Culinary school in Connecticut in 2000.
